Do you have a question about or a problem with one of our products? We’re ready to help and will answer your questions or resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Our products don’t need much maintenance. You can find cleaning and safety instructions in the supplied user manual and we provide all the information you need so that your technical department can carry out routine safety checks properly.


A two-year guarantee applies to all our products. Any necessary repairs will be carried out by us and at our facilities. A replacement Nemo Healthcare product can be provided temporarily, on request.
