Nemo appreciates the interest you have shown in our company and our products and services through your visit to our websites (www.nemohealthcare.com) or related communication channels, including but not limited to our social media and/or channels and blogs (together 'Nemo pages').
This Privacy Statement covers the personal information we collect or process during your interactions with Nemo pages. Your interaction with Nemo can take place via the Nemo pages, through the purchase and use of our products/services, through marketing communication and through our customer support. This may involve interactions between visitors, customers, business customers, suppliers and/or business partners.

Online contact information
You can choose to contact us via the contact form on the website. When you use this option, we process the following personal information:

Nemo can collect data for events, webinars, workshops or conferences ('Events') that you want to attend and for which you can register via the Nemo pages. You can register for the event via the Nemo pages or via the organizing company.
When you register for an event, we process the following data:

- Telephone number;
- Interest in product/service.
Furthermore, we need the following information when you have contact with Nemo as a professional:
- Interest in products;
- Business phone number;
- Relevant dietary data.
By registering for an event, you agree to receive messages from Nemo that are directly related to the event, such as the location and time of the event.
We believe that the processing of event data is necessary for the performance of the contract in which you are a legal party in accordance with Article 6 (b) of Regulation (EC) 5419/16.
Consumer or customer service data
When you contact customer support or communicate with our service department, we may use and store the following personal information:
